For ICONIK Blueprints and one-time styling services, our commitment is simple: if your report does not reflect the needs, goals, or preferences shared in your intake, we will revise it until it does.
For new subscription members, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you don't save at least 3 hours of shopping time or find at least 2 outfits you love in your first month, we'll refund your first month's payment—no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, but refunds are prorated based on usage:

• Original Scope: Revisions cover the deliverables included in your original purchase and brief.

• Add-on Services: Purchased add-ons are also revised when they form part of the original report package and need alignment with your stated preferences.
• Dispute Resolution: We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues through revisions before initiating payment disputes with your bank or card company.
• Policy Updates: This refund policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
